WWS Parses or equivalent: Unfortunately, there is nothing currently worth noting here. Some logs will be uploaded in the next day or two, which I can post then.

Do you have an authenticator? No, I have never been hacked in 5 years. I am willing to get an authenticator if necessary.

Tell us about your last guild(s) and the history with why are you choosing us over them:
Lunacy - Many of the people in this guild dislike me. Honestly I think it is PvP, but I can't give a definite reason. I don't enjoy playing this game with any of them, making PvE very unenjoyable. Also, one of the major reasons I PvE is to see content. This is currently the biggest problem with Lunacy. Spending a little over 11 hours worth of Rotface attempts (he is not hard, you all should know that) was not enjoyable. Over 75% of the raid roster does NOT key-bind, and most of them do not have the situational awareness that is required for ICC.

Tell us how you play your class, and how it makes you stand apart from others:

I'm not going to give you my rotation, because the Assassination rotation is currently very cookie cutter, even when min-maxing the buff a rogue gets after using envenom.

I'd have to say the thing that makes me stand out is my ability to react. I have great situational awareness and usually have a good general idea about what is going on almost everywhere during an encounter. I manage my "timers," also known as "cool-downs" exceptionally. If there is a heavy raid heal fight I will more then likely be fitting "Feint" into my rotation and use it every 10 seconds. I do not tunnel vision. I work my rotation like a machine, as if I was born to do the job.

What do you have bound to your 1-5 keys?
Since Kras gave me permission, I'm going to list all my binds (least relevant binds will be towards the bottom)
1 - Hunger for Blood
2 - Mutilate
3 - Envenom
4 - Slice and Dice
5 - Shiv
T - Rupture
Shift - 1 - Hyperspeed Accelerators
Shift - 2 - Potion of Speed
Shift - 3 - Cold Blood
Shift - V - Deadly Poison
V - Instant Poison
Y - Distract
F1 - Sprint
F2 - Use Conjured Mana Strudel
F3 - Goblin Rocket Pack [Gunship Battle]
A - Disarm
Alt - Q - Focus Disarm
Caps Lock - Kick
Tab - Focus Kick
G - Cloak of Shadows
F - Vanish
Alt - 1 - Tricks of the Trade given player
Alt - 2 - Tricks of the Trade focus
Alt - 3 - Manual Tricks of the Trade
Alt - 4 - Every man for himself
Shift - A - Flask of Endless Rage
Shift - Z - Ground Mount
Shift - X - Flying mount
H - Focus, exists gouge
X - Deadly throw
Alt - E - Blind
Shift S - Bandage

Note: I strafe with Q and E.

Tell us about yourself. Show us the man/woman behind the character. And impress us, make us laugh. Convince us we want you in our guild. If you don't take the time to sell yourself, there's no reason for us to want to take you. We've worked hard to make this a great place to raid and demand incoming candidates prove they're committed to continuing that.

I'm Jewish. Uhh, I'm not a nerd? Only reason I'm able to raid to this extent is because it's on weekdays. My brother goes to University of Vermont and grows his own personal strains in the closet in his bedroom in his apartment (usually brings home 4-5 jars at the end of every season). I try to show up not high to raids but I can't promise anything (I'll be disciplined for progression weeks =D). I don't tell anyone in real life that I play WoW so if some how any of you got a hold of me on Facebook and talked about WoW I would probably rage quit this game.

Thanks for the time spent to read this, I appreciate it.

Gear is lacking, but if he's good enough to play on Playdough's 3s (Our 5s transfer Priest) then I'm sure he's competent enough to play at the level that endgame raiding requires.

Hopefully you can get some parses for us. That's going to be one of the deciding factors.

I'm sure Gwystyl / Death / Iruga / Feist (Yes, we have 4 Rogues already.) will have some Rogue-ish questions for you.

The parses are not something I can guarantee at this moment, they have not been uploaded in a few days so I'm sure the question will arise tonight about when or if they will be uploaded.

I think the main Pros with picking up tricky are that he is a very good player, good attitude: Helped out our 10 man group farm ICC rep trash and then when another guildie wanted to go he politely bounced without complaining about it and in general has been very nice when talking to him. Doesn't seem like the typical arena douchebag and enjoys PvE and wiping on hardmodes for hours like the rest of us. I told him before he apped to think long and hard about whether he wanted to fully commit to our 20 hour a week raiding schedule and be a long-term member and he said he would definitely be 100% should he get in. The cons are that we have 3 and a half rogues and his gear is around ToC normal mode level.

Just some food for thought: Purple and Magni came from similar circumstances and they turned out to be mediocre

I told this guy to think long and hard before applying and to ensure he can commit 100% to raiding as pve is the core purpose of Midwinter, and its not some place to just come in grab stuff for pvp and then leave, I also for warned him if he does get in and makes an ass of him self and cant make 100% raids I wouldn't carry him in pvp anymore :).

With that being said I've had the chance to PvP with Tricky and he's outstanding from that perspective, his first real arena season and he was able to break 2550+ in 3s with me. I know that may not say much for his pve abilities, however I have found that people successful in pvp continue to do well in pve since they have developed exceptional motor skills and situational awareness, which are both good traits to have on more difficult pve encounters that require a high level of environmental awareness and communication.

talked to an officer of lunacy, and they "dislike" you because you chose to commit to a raid schedule, and instead refuse raids to do arenas. You whisper officers mid raid to ask to leave to go do arenas...
granted a 2500 rogue is probably pretty competent, all i am asking is are you willing to commit to our raids fully even if it means compromising the amount you arena (for some reason)?

Yes I am willing to commit to a full time raid schedule even if it comprises the amount of time spent in arena. In my opinion that is exaggerated, reason being they all saw my application, leading to my removal of their guild. I did not enjoy raiding with them, although that will not be a problem with Midwinter, I can assure you.

People are more than welcome to offer their opinion on an app, regardless of status or class, but of course the final decision is ours.

Anyway, we're in the process of looking at our rogue roster, so we'll get back to you soon if we want to schedule a vent interview.

Any chance you could log out in PVE gear (or post a link to some sort of Character Profile or another, Wowhead, Chardev, w/e)?

Unfortunately, I'm going to have to withdraw my application. I understand that you guys have a full raid roster of rogues and I do not want to interfere with that. Raiding a mandatory 20 hour raid schedule sounds fine on paper, but with class and RL, I don't know how I'm going to manage it. In short, I'd rather not join; have you not only replace, but kick a rogue for me and then turn out to not be able to either preform, or handle the raid schedule. I understand that people complemented my abilities and stuck their head out for me, and I apologize, I just don't want to make things worse then they should be and let people down. That is why I think it is best that I withdraw my application. I'm very sorry for wasting your time and hope all is forgiven.
