If you have any questions feel free to ask me. I have setup everything in such a way so I have more room on my screen to fully see what is going on.

WWS Parses or equivalent:http://www.worldoflogs.com/reports/rcdpwobwg2c18jvj/details/15/ (normally I use bombs but I did not in this particular encounter)

Do you have an authenticator?
No :(

Tell us about your last guild(s) and the history with why are you choosing us over them:

I am currently in For The Children, I am going to be honest here. I think it is a guild full of awesome capable people. However we have had a few people leave, and it has made it so we have been unable to raid progression content this past week. Also a few of our new recruits are a bit more than unprofessional not to mention disrespectful, and I feel things are going to end up going down hill. I would like to raid more often, and to be with a group of people who take it just as seriously as me.

Tell us how you play your class, and how it makes you stand apart from others:
I play with a Game Pad, and a Gaming Mouse. I am an engineer so I use Nitro Boost to get back to monsters quicker (which improves dps uptime), I also use bombs in my rotation. I use spread sheets to help determine the best way to go about my gem's and gear. I keep up with the latest theory, I visit Elitistjerks, and Enisida fairly often. My rotation is Stealth, Ambush/Garrote (depends on if we have someone who can do bleed effects), Trix,SnD, HoB, Mutt x4, Envenom. (Normally I hit Victor's Call right away, as well as bombs and use those every time they come up.) Vanish is used in the rotation, only when I am low on energy. I use speed Pots, it depends upon the boss as to when I use them. If the boss has a burn phase, than I will use it than if not than normally at the start when I use trixs to help build threat for the tank. I am a sucker for Micromanagement, I always look at where I feel I can improve and work on ways to improve that. Where I stand apart from other rogues is not only do I know the full mechanics of my class, but I use every bit of advantages I can to help improve my performance. Speed Pots, Thistle Tea, Sprint, Etc.

What do you have bound to your 1-5 keys? Edit: Overlooked his question hehe. I use a Gamepad so everything is bound differently and if you have any questions about this feel free to ask me. But this is how its setup on mine (keep in mind I don't use a keyboard and this has no affect my gamepad)
Envenom,Cooldblooded,SnD,Rupture,Eviscerate.

Tell us about yourself. Show us the man/woman behind the character. And impress us, make us laugh. Convince us we want you in our guild. If you don't take the time to sell yourself, there's no reason for us to want to take you. We've worked hard to make this a great place to raid and demand incoming candidates prove they're committed to continuing that.

I had played in SPG up until just before ICC came out, my mom had passed away during that month and I came back about 2-3 weeks ago. I am a mechanic, I have a 700 HP Mustang which I race at the track. I am a martial artist I do traditional Chinese Martial Arts, I work on computers, Basically I am the guy who does everything and in all the cases it requires me to push my self to my limits and do the best I can if I wanna see things go correctly. I know a lot about a ton of things, but I always am on the look out to learn and improve upon what I already know. I am pretty down to earth I love to joke, I like walks on the beach, and I don't put out on the first date... Unless there is a large sum of money involved. In which case its the second date. If you have any further questions after I come up with a good lie I will be sure to post a response as soon as possible, however since I am a terrible liar I ask that you please reframe from making fun/and or laughing at me to hard. Also I play modern warfare 2 for the xbox 360 if anyone is down for shooting some peeps.

Primary Spec:Mutt

I, also, adopt my specs from the pound. Good for you, saving them from being put down, and reducing the income of spec mills!

I know nothing of rogues, so... good luck :)

So, what's up with your Mutilate spec? 51/14/6 is pretty non-standard, would you like to discuss what you were going for there?

Victor's Call is a complete, utter, total, unmitigated, piece of shit. Any plans to replace it anytime soon?

As an engineer, why do you use +44 AP to gloves?

What ability do you use Cold Blood on, and when?

You have only 10 Expertise, even with the worst trinket since but you aren't gemmed for it at all. Is there any particular reason? Care to discuss how you gem and when, for instance, you'd go for a socket bonus?

Looking at your logs:

You managed to get Roquered on Twin Valks - what's going on there?

Looking at one of your better parses, (Jaraxxus), you only manage about 65% uptime on Hunger for Blood, refreshing it 3 times in a 190 second fight - you're refreshing too early, and you aren't keeping it up. You also only use Tricks about half as often as it's up, and missed a Trinket cooldown.

I also took the liberty of looking at the past month of FTC's logs on WOL, and while you aren't in many of them, in not a single one of them do you use Saronite Bombs as you claim. It's one thing to say you do every little bit to improve your DPS and that you are a micromanagement type of player. It's another thing to do those things, and to hit every cooldown, and squeeze out every last ounce of time on target.

The Spec I was testing the difference between the damage. Typically is 51/18/2 which puts it towards lightning reflexes. Which gives a haste bonus, what I was looking at here and testing was the difference between the haste bonus and say going for added energy and damage. I was hoping to get a WWS with it on a pug and look at the differences before next week. (not my typical spec) Granted I bet it would not be better, but I wanted to test it.

I hate Victor's call in all honesty... I am hoping to replace it as soon as I can.

Last time I used hyper speed accelerators was in ToC and I never saw a big difference in DPS as opposed to the +44. If I am wrong here I will gladly accept that.

Cold Blood can be used in multiple ways, typically with evenom with 5 poison/points is when I use it. I may also use it with mutt to get 3 points right away. Depends upon the situation.

I was combat before a few days ago, I did not realize my Exp had taken a huge hit. It was 16/19. I can fix this issue.

Typically I use a spreadsheet to help me gem, but... For socket bonus's you look at what the socket bonus is, what gems it requires and take into account what you need for you're meta to work as well. Taking into account what you will benefit from how you can arrange you're gems so everything works out and what stats you need.

I don't recall the fight, if it was this week could have been connection issues, due to matience here. As for the rest I don't mean to be rude but maybe you overlooked something in the logs with the bombs I will look through it later on today. As for refreshing HoB I typically do it if its getting close, is that wrong because if so than I have been doing it wrong.

I'm tapping this out on my Droids while at a wedding reception. With all due respect I've seen enough warning signs to make me uncomfortable with this application. Anecdotal conjecture has no place in maximizing output with regards to dps. I would concede that specific fights may govern your choice in trinkets or when you'd elect to use cooldowns but any statement like "I never saw a big difference" is pretty much a no-no. Math > conjecture.

I don't require that my rogues know formulae by heart but I do require a strong understanding of the underlying principles of rogue mechanics. I'm afraid to say such has yet to be revealed.

Some people are good at math and some people are good players, if don't feel comfterable with me I can accept that. Unfortunately that outlook deprives the ability to see otherwise as you're mind is set. So I will just void my application here, I appreciate you're time.

Keep in mind there are other people who do the math and testing for you, if it's not your thing. Not only on EJ but also on other theorycrafting websites, a lot of this stuff is common knowledge and you don't have to guess for yourself or design your own spreadsheet.

Anyway, thanks for the app, and best of luck elsewhere.
