Tell us about your last guild(s) and the history with why are you choosing us over them:
My guild's name is Strategery, ive been with this guild for about a year now or atleast close to a year. this is actualy my 2nd raiding guild. Personally i dont have any problem with this guild and the only reason im actualy leaving is because i want to try to progress more and push myself more. i know its kinda selfish, but in defense, who wouldnt?
The reason im choosing Midwinter is first of all is, the name sounds freaking awsome alone. 2nd is yall’s progression is way more advance than my current guild and I want to be part of that experience and exitement if accepted.
Tell us how you play your class, and how it makes you stand apart from others:
Being a hunter alone isnt hard to play, but the thing that makes me stand apart from others is I always test my skills everytime, if i have the chance. I tend to be infront of a training dummy a lot more than raiding within a week or so. I also read a lot of information that will help out on my dps (standing still and moving a lot) I also go to a lot of websites everytime I get a new item to check and see if im pulling or atleast close to pulling what is said im supposed to be doing. This websites are femaledwarf.com and I also use rawr I also check sometimes in this website http://www.warcrafthuntersunion.com/ to see if there is new info about my class and adopt it in my own way, such as testing it over and over again within that day or week. And I don’t know if this is normal but I usually go do battlegrounds to train myself not to stand in bad stuff such as fire dnd and anything that is bad. Also to test my ability to perform well in a unexpectable environment where things can happened without a dbm warning.

What do you have bound to your 1-5 keys?
1.serpent sting
2.chimera shot
3. aimed shot
4.arcance shot (I only use this whenever im moving and other main shots are on cd this also counts as 1 steady shot in my rotation but without a cast)
5. hunters mark
Note: I know my number 1 priority should be kill shot but its not in my top 5 keys. Reason: since I only use kill shot whenever the boss is about 20% below I tend to just click it whenever its available but it is still my number 1 priority in my rotation.

Hello My name is Joemar, im 19 years old. Just graduated from high school and currently unemplyed XD. I am asian =O (Filipino) to be exact and very fluent on my language and not so fluent on english >.< sorry if i don’t make sense sometimes but I try that’s all I can say =).
Ive played wow for about a year and a half now and still loving it cant w8 til cata comes out. Something new is always a good thing for me cause it gives me excitedment and new things to explore and learn. As far as raiding goes I am very reliable if you were able to check our website’s attendance you will see how reliable I am. =) I mostly don’t miss raid since I consider raiding a commitment. And I am very loyal. So far ive only been to 2 raiding guilds I tend to stay for awhile. =) I usually make people laugh during raids and off raids. I am always prepared to every raid night. If there is a new content coming out I tend to read and watch tons of vids before I actualy get in there and do it myself. And if im not ready I would tell the RL that I was unable to obtain any information about the new boss/content and would leave the decision to the RL to either let me sit or learn as we encounter the boss.

i'll prob end up posting a couple times. tired, don't feel like making 1 long post so just a couple observations just by your armory/UI.

1st-what are your actual BINDS, not 1-5, but...binds. because as far as I can tell you're clicking just about everything. Also do you click sil shot? as far as i can see you don't have it macroed...
2nd-wrong boot enchant. minor run speed's good as a non-engi but...stamina when there's agi avail? :/
3rd-as a plus, it looks like you swapped from enchanting to either JC/BS to maximize your ability to hardcap arp which is a nice sign.
4th-gems/enchants look fine. 9 over arp, prob better off just replacing a 20 arp gem with 20 agi so that you're 11 under and getting a full amount of your gem rather than wasting half of it.
5th-kinda weird spec. No rapid recup at all, picked up TSA.

I'll browse your logs in a sec, hopefully reading through them will get me tired enough to sleep.

1. i dont click my rotation i actually use 12345 and yea i click sl shot and kill shot because i like to multitask. i can put sl shot in all my shot's if need to be it dosent really bother me other than me getting bored not doing that much =P

2.and 5. i actualy just respec i was way under hitcap by 1% so i had hit+crit enchant on my boots and there was no agi+minor speed enchant on the AH but ill get one later on 2day and 2 insted of 3 FA and 1 on RR but since mana isnt a problem during 25man's i decided to stick with this spec til i get some better gear with a little hit on it.

Eh, @1-the fact that you click everything that isn't 1-5 (serp/chim/aimed/arc/steady) is pretty concerning considering

tbh (IMO). Also, went through your most recent log and it looks like you're potting/double potting (sometimes) on most fights that i bothered to check. Went through the logs a couple weeks prior tho and you didn't pot, at all. at least on the 4 or 5 fights i checked through. I also tried to save magni some time and in my half-sleep state i believe you're at like around 3:1 steady:chimera ratio on the fights i looked at, which is pretty low. generally you want to be as close to 4:1 as you can be, so 3:1 not really sure what to say. the whole 'clicking' thing is probably the biggest 'red flag' i see besides that. ehh that's about all i have to say for now, i'm sure other ppl will chime in w/their thoughts later. regardless of what happens good luck in your search for a new guild. ^-^v

Oshiri raises some pretty big concerns. Hunter's have various abilities off the GCD, and I have no idea how you would kill shot at the same time that you need to disengage - never mind popping CDs or pet control.

I would like to request another evaluation on my gear (gemming/enchants) i think i'd fix what was needed to be fixed. i also worked all day to find the competent macro's for all MM hunters and found out that its fairly simple that it wont really bother my rotation other than help me alot. im currently working on key binding most of my shots to avoid clicking in the future (but as what ive known it will take some time for me to get use to it but will not give up ofcourse) any other criticism is all welcome just to be come acceptable for your guild. =)

Note: my spec will stay the same until i get some more hit gear upgrade and since im the other MM hunter in my guild dosent have True Shot Aura. i have to keep mine for now. (but if you have any other suggestion it would help alot =))
