So let me see if I got this straight. There are two reasons why you want to join us.

1. You want to kill LK.

2. You don't like how the leadership in your guild handled loot.

First of all, I'm glad you want to kill LK. So do a lot of people. Telling us you want to join our guild because you want a LK kill makes me feel like you want to use us. Your wording makes you seem like you don't care anything else about what this guild has to offer.

Secondly, if you have issues with how something is handled in any particular situation, we would encourage you to talk to us and tell us your problem so maybe we could fix it. I really hate it when people just jump ship because they have an issue with something. You should talk to your leaders about the problems you have, and if they then decide to ignore your concerns then it would be justified to move on. Communication goes a long way, and it really helps leaders manage their people.

To be honest, I stopped reading from there. I have big problems with the things I stated above.

Marrowgar: I guess you're too cool to dps Bone Spikes?
Deathwhisper: You let a Vengeful Shade get to you. Twice.
Saurfang: Explain what I might not like about how you executed this fight. (Hint: this is a recurring error of yours across every one of your fights)
Rotface: Your SnD uptime was disastrous, and you only got Mutated Infection 1 time, and not for very long.
Festergut: This was absolutely catastrophic. You got Malleable Goo'd 5x, 4 of those were in a row. SnD was down for a considerable chunk of the fight, and your cooldown usage really went to hell.
Putricide: Your Tricks usage is horrendous on this, as is basically everything about how this fight was executed.
Princes: Do you understand what Glittering Sparks is?
Blood Queen: You like cooking in Swarming Shadows? You took 53 ticks of it and absorbed 8 more. Also, I guess you only Trick melee? The mage that grabbed first bite didn't deserve a Trick with Essence of the Blood Queen up?
Dreamwalker: Hit by exploding zombies. Twice.
Sindragosa: Tricks was really horrible on this fight.
LK: Tricks were, again, horrible.

An evaluation of your logs shows that your game unwinds whenever an encounter gets tough. If you have to look over your shoulder, pay attention to raid mechanics, move, switch targets, etc, your discipline with Tricks completely breaks down. So does your attention to SnD. Your logs show that you're not able to dynamically target your tricks as needed. They also show you haven't actually thought your cooldowns through. You take damage from things that you shouldn't and stand in fire, as well.

Now, some of the occurrences in your log can be explained by blaming the failure of others. But there are definitely several points of evidence where you do not have that as an explanation. Please riposte and offer any defense / corrections to the above critique as well as answering my initial question which points to your fundamental understanding of the class's abilities.

I see that Cactipete has already touched on the human interpersonal red flags that your application raises, so I wont double up on those points.

Sorry for the rude response, but someone who began playing wow in january of this year needs some more experience with other guilds. Call us when you get your training wheels off.
